Selected potatoes, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, (soybean, cottonseed), peanut oil, vinegar and salt seasoning processed from: lactose, sodium diacetate, salt, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, (soybean, cottonseed), malic acid, sodium citrate, bha, bht and citric, sodium citrate, bha, bht and citric acid (0.01%) added to preserve freshness, less than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
