Enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, yeast, grain and seed blend (rye, oats, millet, flax seed, wheat), high fructose corn syrup, contains 2% or less of each of the following: degerminated yellow corn meal, degerminated yellow corn flour, salt, calcium propionate (a preservative), soybean oil, calcium sulfate, dried honey, vinegar, potassium sorbate (a preservative), calcium carbonate, wheat starch, wheat flour, enzymes, calcium stearate, ascorbic acid (dough conditioner).
