Water, whole wheat flour, wheat gluten, soy fiber, sugar, yeast, contains 2% or less of the following: flax seed meal, molasses, salt, calcium propionate (to retain freshness), dough conditioners (ethoxylated mono - and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, monoglycerides, ascorbic acid), fumaric acid, yeast nutrients (calcium sulfate), wheat starch, soy lecithin.
