Enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water high fructose corn syrup, yeast, wheat bran, wheat gluten, rolled whole wheat, soy oil, contains 2% or less of the following: whole rye meal, wheat germ, salt, honey, molasses, monoglycerides, cultured wheat flour, calcium sulfate, enzyme, ammonium sulfate, ascorbic acid, soy lecithin.
