Enriched white flour, water, whole wheat flour, enriched durum wheat semolina, dried rye leaven (rye flour, yeast, bacterial culture); salt, yeast, microbial enzyme; ascorbic acid! Contains wheat and rye. May contain oats, barley, triticale, milk, egg, peanuts, nuts, sesame seeds; soy, sulphites and mustard.
