each tablet contains: alginic acid 200 mg magnesium carbonate 40 mg non-medicinal ingredients (alphabetical): artificial and natural flavours (grape, lemon, orange), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium bicarbonate, sorbitol, sugar. directions: adults: chew 2 to 4 tablets after meals or at bedtime. maximum daily dose: 16 tablets. do not swallow whole. keep out of the reach of children. warning: do not take for more than 2 weeks, or if symptoms recur, unless directed by a physician. do not take within 2 hours of another medicine because the effectiveness of the other medicine may be altered. if you have kidney disease, consult your physician before using. keep at room temperature in a dark, dry place. do not use if under cap seal is broken or missing.
