Enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, contains 2% or less of each of the following: salt, yeast, soybean oil, sugar, calcium sulfate, dextrose, wheat starch, mono - and diglycerides, calcium stearoyl lactylate [csl], sorbic acid, hydrogenated soybean oil, citric acid, malt powder (dried corn syrup, barley malt extract), diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono-diglycerides (datem), wheat flour, ascorbic acid (vitamin c), potassium iodate, ethoxylated mono - and diglycerides, enzymes, preservatives (calcium propionate, propionic acid, phosphoric acid), vital wheat gluten.
