Wheat flour (enriched with barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, wheat gluten. contains 2% or less of each of the following: soybean, cottonseed and/or canola oil, salt, sugar, datem, soy flour, dough conditioners (mono-diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate), yeast, calcium propionate (to retard spoilage), cornmeal.
