Water, stone ground whole wheat flour, unbleached unbromated enriched wheat flour (niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), powdered cellulose, flax flour, wheat gluten, contains 2% or less of the following: calcium propionate, potassium sorbate, salt, guar gum, vegetable mono-diglycerides.
