Soft whole wheat tortillas

Whole wheat flour, water, vegetable shortening (interesterified soybean oil, hydrogenated cottonseed oil), contains 2% or less of: baking powder (sodium aluminum phosphate, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium sulfate, corn starch, ammonium glutamate, enzyme), sugar, salt, monoglycerides, potassium sorbate, calcium propionate, cellulose gum, fumaric acid, enzymes, dough conditioner (sodium metabisulfite).
