Unbleached bread flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, yeast, contains 2% or less of: whey, corn flour, monocalcium phosphate, l-cysteine, hydrochloride, sugar, rye flour, salt, cultured wheat starch, wheat flour, citric acid, wheat gluten, ascorbic acid added as dough conditioner, enzymes, vinegar, malt (malted barley, wheat flour, dextrose).
