Enriched unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, oat flakes, yeast, brown sugar, oat fiber, vital wheat gluten, contains 2% or less of each of the following: barley flakes, crushed wheat, rye meal, honey, raisin juice concentrate, vegetable oil (canola and/or soy), sugar, distilled vinegar, salt, dough conditioners (mono and diglycerides, ascorbic acid), calcium propionate (mold inhibitor), calcium sulfate, enzymes, non fat dry milk, soy flour.
