Whole wheat flour, water, vegetable shortening (hydrogenated soybean oil), contains 2% or less of the following: salt, mono and diglycerines, calcium propionate, dextrose, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, fumaric acid, sodium aluminum phosphate, potassium sorbate, corn starch, baking powder, sugar, yeast, cmc gum, wheat starch, enzymes (wheat starch, microcrystalline cellulose), xanthan gum, sodium metabisulfite.
