Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, enzyme, folic acid), water, vegetable shortening (hydrogenated soybean oil), contains 2% or less of the following: salt, mono - and diglycerides, calcium propionate, dextrose, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, fumaric acid, sodium aluminum phosphate, potassium sorbate, corn starch, baking powder, sugar, yeast, cmc gum, wheat starch, enzymes (wheat starch, microcrystalline cellulose), xanthan gum, sodium metabisulfite.
