Crust (white flour, water, soybean oil, salt, sugar, yeast); provolone cheese (pasteurized milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes); pizza sauce (vine-ripened fresh tomatoes, canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, finely ground cayenne, salt, oregano, spices and citric acid); pepper jack cheese (cultured milk, cream, jalapeno peppers, red bell peppers, salt, sodium phosphate, water, lactic acid, sorbic acid (preservative), enzymes); cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto color, anti-cake); parmesan cheese (imported parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), and anti-caking agent (powdered cellulose with potassium sorbate to protect flavor)), and a dash of flake oregano.
