Whole wheat flour, water, rolled oats, vegetable oil (canola oil and/or soybean oil), vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean oil and cottonseed oil, with polyglycerol esters of fatty acids and monoglycerides), wheat fiber, sugar, contains 2% or less of the following: rye flour, barley flour, conditioner (mono - and diglycerides, cornstarch, wheat flour, soybean oil, silicon dioxide, enzyme, salt), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), calcium propionate (preservative), salt, flaxseed, sodium bicarbonate, fumaric acid, sorbic acid, sucralose, dough conditioner (sodium metabisulfite, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate).
