45% wholemeal oat flakes, 8% wholemeal wheat flakes, oligofructose, sugar, sunflower oil, rice flour, 5% halved roasted hazelnuts, 3% slivered Brazil nuts, 3% slivered almonds, 2% chopped pecans, 2% cashews, honey, salt, natural flavouring, antioxidant: tocopherol-rich extract. May contain traces of other nuts, peanuts, milk, soy, sesame seeds, mustard and lupine.
