Pasteurized NO ADDITIVES, NO PRESERVATIVE INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour 35%, water, natural sourdough 18% (wheat flour 50%, water, yeast), mixture of 11.2% cereal grains (oats, rye, barley, wheat, two-grain wheat) and seeds (sunflower seed 2.5%, flaxseed 2.36 millet), whole wheat rye flour (10.3%), natural rye sourdough 5% (whole grain rye flour 60%, water, yeast), yeast, sugar beet syrup, vegetable oil: rapeseed, salt, barley malt, rye sour sourdough (water, whole wheat rye flour, rye malt, yeast), vinegar, mixture of spices (rye bran, cumin, coriander, fennel, anise), duplication: mixture of cereal grains (oats, rye, barley, wheat, two-grain wheat and seeds (sunflower seed, flaxseed, millet). The product may contain traces of milk, egg, soybeans, lupine, mustard and sesame.
