Oat flakes 62%, sugar substitute: fructose, corn starch, raspberry 1%, gelling agent: pectin, natural sweetener: steviol glucosides, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt, flavour. Contains gluten. May contain traces of nuts, soy, peanuts and sesame. Suitable for diabetics in consultation with doctor. Serving gestions: pour 150 ml yogurt, warm milk or water over the content in the cup.
